I have never had issues getting claims paid, and they have always been supportive in helping e meet my needs for insurance and affordability. "Kate and Ashley are among the most capable and competent representative and assistant that you could possibly work with. I had the good fortune of finding this agency through a family referral while shopping for Rv coverage. I was so impressed with their delivering on everything I asked for regarding my RV, that I switched my car policies away from my previous carrier to Kate's State Farm Agency. Not only was my RV premium surprisingly affordable, I obtained more coverage and add-ons than my previous auto carrier offered, and my cost for the new auto policy dropped significantly.
