Update 7/31/2025 I recently needed assistance on documentation for my roof rating for policy. I reached out to Ashley at State Farm regarding paperwork. She promptly sent to me via email. I was unable to properly get needed information and again reached out to the agency. Sammy was a superstar and reached out to the roofing company who provided the needed signed document.
